Veneto Veal has more tender natural flavours from a combination of milk fed and pasture raised calves in the tranquility of their natural surroundings. Veneto Veal has some variance as a result of the non-controlled, non-artifical local farming practices that our family has used for over 5 generations.
Nonna Zelinda's famous veal recipies are from our home - Veneto, Italy and have been passed down through the Scarrabelotti family for over 100 years.
